VIBE, located in DIFC, will launch a curated holiday season menu on December 1; the limited-edition offering will be available every day from 7pm, throughout the entire month, with prices starting from AED 39.
The à la carte menu, created by chef Sagar Kumar, consists of an array of traditional, as well as modern dishes. Guests can tuck into a vegan butternut squash and sage soup or a cream of celeriac with pesto oil. Keeping it light before the big feast begins, the menu consists of vegetarian salad options including beetroot carpaccio and goat cheese salad or a pear granny smith.
Those looking for the ultimate nostalgia can opt for the timeless dishes including, but not limited to, smoked turkey ham with honey mustard glaze and confit duck leg with red wine reduction. Meat-free options are also available, such as a pumpkin, spinach and ricotta cannelloni or a vegan eggplant cannelloni.
