VIBE 2.0 LAUNCHES HOLIDAY SEASON MENU

Make festive flavours matter at the most instagrammable restaurant in the UAE. 

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: As the festive season is awakening, VIBE enlightens the festive spirit with a specially curated holiday season menu launching 1st December. The limited-edition menu can be enjoyed every day from 7pm and will be available throughout the entire month at VIBE’s Gate Avenue, DIFC branch with prices starting from AED 39 only.

The à la carte menu which is curated by chef Sagar Kumar consists of an array of traditional, as well as modern dishes, so those who like to go all out when it comes to festive feasting can dive into a world of festive flavours. Bringing a heartwarming start to the meal, guests can chuck into a comforting vegan butternut squash and sage soup or a succulent cream of celeriac with pesto oil. Keeping it light before the big feast begins, the menu consists of refreshing vegetarian salad options including beetroot carpaccio and goat cheese salad or a pear granny smith.

Relishing the best of festive dining, the feast continues with a range of new and old festive favorites. Those looking for the ultimate nostalgia can opt for the timeless dishes including, but not limited to smoked turkey ham with honey mustard glaze and confit duck leg with red wine reduction. Meat-free options are also available, such as a soulful pumpkin, spinach and ricotta cannelloni or a vegan mouthwatering eggplant cannelloni. There is no holiday without a full stack of side dishes, and this holiday menu is no exception with iconic side dishes such as garlic rosemary and parmesan roasted potatoes and sausage in a blanket to mention some.

In addition, VIBE is spreading some extra festive cheer for its guests, as anyone ordering a main dish at the DIFC hotspot can enjoy a complimentary glass of mulled wine. Those who are up for some further exploring of festive beverages have come to the right place as this special menu also includes some unmissable with equally festive names; Snowflake and Naughty Elf. The feast ends off as any festive meal should, with a sweet dessert on the menu, where an unforgettable strawberry and rhubarb pie is waiting to be devoured.

While the holiday season menu might only be available at their DIFC branch, VIBE’s Al Wasl branch hasn’t neglected its festive spirit and will be serving up some festive cakes such as log cake, coconut cake and festive themed truffles.
